Our services help customers find vehicles, evaluate options, and negotiate prices. Customers may customize their experience by selecting the specific services they need.

2.Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation Requests:

Customers may cancel services by contacting us via email or phone at [Insert Contact Info]. Cancellations are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Refunds:

If a customer cancels after services have begun, MCI retains the initial deposit to cover the work already performed. Full refunds may not apply once we initiate service-related tasks such as research, vehicle history checks, or negotiations. Please see terms of use for more information on refunds. 

3.Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you enter into a legal agreement with us. We may update these Terms at any time, and changes take effect upon posting. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, please stop using our Services.

You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users must be 18 years or older unless otherwise permitted by law.

4.User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Account Use: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and activities conducted through their accounts.

We grant users a non-exclusive, revocable license to access our Services for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content.
• Use automated tools to scrape data or manipulate the platform.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass security measures.

8.Limitation of Liability

MCI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services. Our maximum liability, under all circumstances, is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim or $500, whichever is less.

Our Services are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle listings or the outcome of negotiations with third parties.

10.Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt resolution through direct communication with us. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Pennsylvania.

You waive the right to participate in class actions. Each party is responsible for their arbitration costs.

12.Third-Party Services and Links

15.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles. It will be mandatory that all disputes initially be handled through mediation with an arbitrator.  All legal actions not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
